I was disappointed in having my own e-commerce site after working with many freelancers. Squadkin assured me that the site could be made with my ideas. Initially, I wanted a single store but, eventually built 2 stores with them. One on Shopify and the other on Magento. 

They reply and live by their promise or commitment. You can check both our sites to view the level of expertise put into the project. They are very dedicated and honest people. Highly recommended team of professionals.

The sites are built well. We have also appointed Squadkin for future support and maintenance. Their overall knowledge is a great benefit for challenges and tech adaptation.

The project was delayed by a month due to server problems. However, Squadkin made sure that the quality and features were not affected and ensured the site was hosted and running properly. Behaved very responsibly in spite of third-party issues.

Personal attention to detail. They solve the issues properly during the work process and do not compromise quality just to finish the task. They think long-term.

The working time that they gave our project was limited to evenings. If they worked during the day, the work would be finished much earlier.

Squadkin was hired to custom code a shopify theme, with the goal to display a very complex filtering system for all the different products we offer to our customers

It was a recommended shopify supplier, they are reliable, quick and really professional. They have answers and fix problems all the way through the obstacles we have been encountering.

We identified issues between different apps being installed in the theme. Our goal was to provide customers with different grids to display the three main categories we offer through the website, each with variations in the way products get sold.

The flow of the website has become clearer and reflects prices according to the country they are visiting the website providing our customers with a more trusting solid foundation of our businesses.

We worked with at variety of softwares ranging from graphic design to display mock ups, google docs, and slack for a smooth communication between us.

We were impressed by their work ethic and remarkable ability to sort complex issues in a short time frame.

We had initial issues with the different time zone but quickly worked through it and found what was suitable for everyone. We are overall really happy with the outcome.

The theme we were using for the website became outdated. We received an updated theme from a partnering e-commerce store but there were several issues occurring meaning this new theme was also unworkable. Manish and the Squadkin team were fantastic in working through these so that we had a theme to launch.

We selected them through Shopify, as we were after an expert on the platform.

I provided a google-doc link with screenshots and details to outline the tasks required. We then had a call via zoom to discuss each of the items. I now have a line of communication to Manish through Skype, and he is very responsive.

I worked primarily with Manish who is one of the web developers.

We're very pleased with the functionality and appearance of the new site. We have had an initial increase in conversion and are hopeful this will continue as we work through a few remaining issues.

They were fantastic with getting the job done as requested. Communication primarily through Skype once the initial tasks were outlined.

I have found their responsiveness outstanding. Previous developers have been far less reachable in the past, so this is fantastic.

Deliverables always done quickly and well. Changes made quickly and bugs fixed clearly. Communication was great. We loved working with Squadkin Technologies.

We use Slack to stay in contact during business hours. Everything done on time and as promised.

They try to find solutions to very complex tasks and requirements. They simplify explanations using Loom and everything is very clear.

Do a bit more research before saying that something cannot be done.

Our goal was to add some cool functionality to our Order Confirmation E-Mail and to also implement some explanation boxes on our product pages (with great logic behind that).

I found Squadkin anywhere on the Internet. It was almost a year ago. I worked with them several times since then.

We had a Kickoff meeting at the beginning of the project. I described the whole task and talked with Squadkin about how we can handle it. Then after a short time I got an Estimation of time and price and gave the go. After that Squadkin delivered a few days later. I reviewed the work and needed some small revision. Squadkin made the revisions and everything worked fine at the end.

Two developers worked on our projects, they were verified Shopify developer.

We got great feedback from customers about the experience of using our website.

We wrote via WhatsApp on a daily basis. It was my Idea to communicate via WhatsApp. We also had Zoom Meetings and Google Meets.
