Our customers are rising daily and we had a scale problem, we have decided to automatize all process with web and mobile application,

we have announced a tender, by price and experience we have had chosen Spinom Digital.

with Spinom Digitam we have been working and analyzing business process over 2 month and have created technical documentation of project, we have divided all the project by 24 sprint, 7 month later we have started beta testing than we have launched the project.

we have CTO, project manager, business analytic, frontend developer, backend developer, react native developer in team.

within 4 moth after launching application and we have solve scaling problem now we are thinking to expand in the region of Caucasus

The project manager was easy to communicate, we have used phone calls, google meeting, asana for management, live meetings and ect

our company hire spinom Digital , to make and develop our web-site. our goal was to create easy acceseable and free online dictionary web-site.

we decided to use the servise of spinom digital. They were a highly professional team with fast and effective service.

at first they created desine of project, and according to this design started front and back developnemt. there were used on front development

• - PostgreSQL, search engine
• - Elasticsearch

four people from the vendors team were working with us and there positions were menager , designer and two developers

we were using e-mails, phone call and discord to comunicate wiht each outhers, and it took very short period of time

I am not fully familiar what was the main factor. But as far as I know there was tender and probably based on skill set and price

Project was to crate education platform for universities. To create one web app that universities can use to control their full processes. Starting from register of students and lectors ending with controlling their library

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project was finished in time and with agreed budget. Also they crated product what was requested

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was quite good. We had sprint planning meetings and demonstration what was done in last sprint. Also simple day to day communication

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication with them was easy and effective. They were always willing to provide recommendations to help us develop the best product. May this be pretty normal and not unique but in general I was very satisfied

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On sprint review meetings we have always discussed what can be done better and was trying to improve. I don’t remember now exactly but for everyone there is always something to improve
