I am the founder and CEO of a small consulting firm specialized in business development and communication strategy for small companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spexion Technologies?

I askd Spexion Technologies to design and develop from scratch a website for one of my client. The website had to match the objectives given regarding the positionning of the company (B2B website, industrial products)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A colleague of mine recommended Spexion Technologies for his very good work and his reactivity. His price were also very competitive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

The first step of the project consised in presenting and describing precisely our needs to Spexion Technologies. He listened very carefully to the positionning of the client, understood the stakes and how this website was part of a global communication strategy and how it had to be integrated in it.

Then Spexion Technologies presented 5 technical possibilites for webdesign, explained the pros and cons of each ones and let us decide which ne was the best. He then designed the home page of the website, made the changes accordingly to my requests and at afterwards could finish the project, fully meeting my demands.

I worked with the CEO of Spexion Technologies during all the steps of the project

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Having created a website to display the company products, as part of a new strategy, we did increase the notoriety of the client, and it's now easier to gain trust.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very fluid, Spexion Technologies CEA did answer my questions very quickly, and made the tasks with very high reactivity.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

His reactivity. Having an answer on our questions and making the requested tasks within hours when needed, we could save a lot of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't see real failures in Spexion Technologies work as far as i'm concerned.
