How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several different agencies that specialized in video marketing. Torrey (CEO, Sparkhouse) and his crew checked all our boxes. They were innovative and able to complete the project done within the established timeline and budget.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

For a good understanding of their personalities, the script writer met with each agent and asked a variety of detailed questions about their backgrounds, strengths, interests, etc. Prior to the shoot, Torrey explained the filming process and the team published expectations and a schedule for the shoot, which was conducted over several days.  We provided several outfits, signs, and additional props while they provided hair and makeup professionals. They asked us questions off camera to put us at ease throughout the shoot.

What was the team composition?

We were assigned a script writer, a hair and makeup team, a lighting team, a photographer, a producer, a videographer, and a sound producer.

Not only have local agents adopted our concept, but all of our videos posted on Facebook and YouTube have received substantial positive feedback from clients, friends, and co-workers.

The workflow was excellent! Communication was open and flowed seamlessly through email, text, and phone calls.

Their ground breaking ideas and cutting edge concepts were very impressive.
