We are a young startup and needed a website that represents us perfectly, gives us a good start and online presence. Very important for us was of course the search engine optimization and the visuality of our website. There was a timetable that was adhered to right from the start.

Even though we have only been online for a few months, our ranking position is constantly improving. Especially with keywords that were important to us. Furthermore we have received a lot of positive feedback from clients for the look and functionality of the website.

Everything was precisely organized and supported by digital solutions, which we also discovered for our company after the project was finished. Those tools and the constant availability of the team helped us to launch the website as planned.

What I really liked was their project management style. You knew exactly who was responsible for which areas. It was all structured and you felt well advised. The results after the seo measures they took where also impressive.

Not really. We were very happy with the solution.

I was the CTO of a healthcare start-up, which provides software applications combined with medical expertise, especially for intensive care units (ICUs) in hospitals.

The software solutions cover data science, dashboards, realtime patient analysis and more.

We hired Brand Pioneers to develop a custom web-based dashboard solution to analyze COVID-19 patient data and display reports and statistics based on medical evaluation of the data.

The goal was to develop the dashboard application fully customized in Laravel within a couple of weeks.

We selected Brand Pioneers because of their vast experience in developing custom dashboards in Laravel.

We also chose them because of their innovative mindset and high technical expertise as well as their agile project approach.

They developed a dashboard in PHP with Laravel and a MySQL database. The developed algorithms to analyze medical data based on our specifications.

The dashboard contains different reports visualized as tables, graphs, charts and trends as well es content pages. They also connected to the API of an external data source, aggregate and correct the data and developed an own database.

We mainly worked with three persons from Brand Pioneers, the CTO, one developer and a conceptual designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The dashboard was highly appreciated by our target group of hospitals, doctors, the media and other stakeholders within the health sector. We received a lot of positive feedback.

The dashboard is up and running since then without any problems.

We had a very strict timeline and time constraints due to the acuteness of the topic. Brand Pioneers performed extremely well and delivered on time.

We communicated very directly via e-mail and phone but on the same time very organized through tickets within a ticket system for agile development.

We found Brand Pioneers to be extremely organized without overorganizing things that can be just done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were really impressed of the combination of deep technical knowledge with a innovative and agile mindset. It also really stood out, that they were able to really dive into our problems and ideas, even though we are a health company.

They understood what we are doing very well and were really interested, which lead to a even better product in the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

To be honest, they perfomed very well in general and we were fully satisfied with the outcome.

They have a lot of ideas and always think outside the box, so we sometimes had to ask them to stay on the track. But I don't consider that really negative, as we might be able to use those ideas in the future.

The company is Germany’s biggest and most experienced film production company. My position was Head of Communication and I was the lead for the project from the side of our company.

We hired the Brand Pioneers for improving the design and usability of our global website. Furthermore the team was hired to make the website searchable in search engines plus to do advanced search engine optimization efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal for this project was to implement a search engine friendly mechanism between two systems (Wordpress Backend and SPA (Single Page Application) in the Frontend Side).

Furthermore design and usability relevant tasks should the implemented in the Frontend and functions and features that gave us more freedom when it comes to maintainability.

They designed, optimized, developed and managed the optimizations for our website. They build an impressive system that made the complete website searchable in search engines even though the old systems was not to be meant for it. Furthermore they improved usability and frontend related task and improved the handling in the wordpress backend.

What was the team composition?

The project team hat three people. A technical project manager, a frontend and backend developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

With the completion of the project, our company is now findable in search engines (especially Google) and inquiries that other competitors have previously received can now be attributed to us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was always on time and very effective. Although halfway through the project the project manager changed to the agency side, there was no delay or inconvenience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When it comes to precision and keeping a clear head, even in tricky situations, the brand pioneers are the best. Working with them is not only fun, also they’re always one step ahead and do more than expected. Therefore we have already realized several projects with them and the results were at all time to our complete satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was little to improve. The communication of a page optimization feature they developed could be better.

all-in-all it was very good. Sometimes a bit clearer communcation would have helped, but that was just a minor issue.
