We only had a basic website and a Google Business Profile, with almost no structured digital marketing activities.
• Build a stronger brand presence through Google Ads, social media marketing, and creative campaigns.
• Our objective was to build a professional website, improve our visibility on Google, strengthen our social media presence, produce quality photo and video content, and generate admission enquiries through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The project began with a complete digital audit of our existing online presence. Based on their findings, the team presented a detailed 90-day execution plan covering website development, SEO, Local SEO, branding, content creation, video production, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing. They redesigned our website from a basic site into a comprehensive, admission-focused website with around 15 pages showcasing our academics, CBSE curriculum, residential facilities, extracurricular activities, and school culture. Alongside this, they optimized our Google Business Profile, implemented SEO best practices, created social media campaigns, produced admission creatives and videos, and continuously managed our Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Throughout the engagement, we received regular reports, campaign reviews, and recommendations that helped us understand the progress and make informed decisions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered measurable business results. During the admission campaign, we generated 138 qualified admission enquiries. Out of these: 31 students completed admissions 74 parents visited our campus and were actively considering admission The remaining enquiries were managed through follow-ups and counselling. The website significantly improved our professional image, our Google visibility increased, and our social media engagement grew consistently. We also noticed better quality enquiries compared to our previous admission cycles.

The workflow was excellent. We had regular review meetings, phone discussions, and WhatsApp communication throughout the project.
