I'm the principal at Mittelstaedt Cooper & Associates, Ltd., an architect firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with SP Marketing Experts?

We reached out to SP Marketing to redesign our outdated website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

SP Marketing redesigned our website, incorporating a more user-friendly layout and security upgrades. They used a lot of our original content but requested additional updated text from us as well.

What is the team composition?

We mainly worked with two people, including Michael (CEO, SP Marketing Experts). Another one of my staff was in communication with them every few days throughout the engagement.

How did you come to work with SP Marketing Experts?

Michael and I are both members of a LEED group, so I met him by networking within that community.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–May 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SP Marketing was effective in making our website more user-friendly, professional, and appealing overall. It's something we're proud to show our clientele, and we've already received a lot of positive feedback on the new look.

How did SP Marketing Experts perform from a project management standpoint?

They were proactive in communications and moved the project along quickly, despite some delays on our end.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're easy to work with and brought a lot of great ideas to the table that we ended up implementing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I don't have any complaints.

I can only advise others to give them a try because they did a great job for us. We couldn't be happier with the results.
