I’m the CEO of Words Rhymes & Rhythm Limited, a Nigerian publishing company. We’re an internet-based company and don’t have physical offices.

Sotrum handles our website management, design, and security issues. We’re designing a brand new website which they are also managing. We’re hosting on HOSTGATOR.

I deal with the owner and a technical person.

I know the owner personally. Their pricing was far better than other options I had, and they made a promise for a quick turnaround.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2020 and the work is ongoing.

The cost and quality of work is above industry average. I can contact them at any time, even outside working hours, and know someone will be available.

How did Sotrum Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Sotrum’s project management is far above average. I can call or email them at any point day or night and will get feedback. We communicate via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their price and responsiveness to me stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a complaint tracking software, which tracks the history of a complaint. Whenever there’s a problem with the website, I sometimes end up having to explain the issue to multiple people, and I’d prefer to just deal with the same person.
