We needed help managing our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They manage our WordPress website and provide content. We send over the information we want on the web page and they set it up for us. Additionally, they optimize our site for the search engines.

I work with Kerry (Owner).

How did you come to work with SonFisher Web?

They were referred to us. We picked SonFisher Web out of a large group of candidates. It sounded like they really knew their stuff in the phone interviews. Kerry had an action plan ready and we liked what we heard.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2018 and we went live in 30 days. They’ve been working with us since then with maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

For some reason, our website is prone to attacks. Kerry found out what was going on and put measures in to prevent it from happening again.

They always answer when I call. It’s very rare that I get a voicemail but either way Kerry always gets back to me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They keep the website up and running really well. Kerry is a really nice person and our conversations are very pleasant.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything else they could do.

Anyone who decides to work with them will be getting great service. They’re very honest and will give you proper recommendations.

We’ve been using their services for over 20 years and they handle all of our website needs and issues.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team services our website, making any changes or updates as needed. They are constantly adding things like meta tags to increase our traffic and optimize our site. Our website is built on WordPress. 

They also mainly provide SEO services. This includes work on keyword research efforts to improve search result rankings. We’ve tried PPC efforts in the past but it didn’t really work for us.

I mainly word with Kerry (Founder), but from time to time he has others helping him.

I came in contact with them at church. We gave them around a three-month period to prove themselves in the beginning and the numbers shot right up so we hired them.

We’ve spent likely under $100,000.

We’ve been working together since 2000, and our engagement is ongoing.

Their team is cutting edge and helped us greatly. Their SEO support has really helped our business move forward. They’ve done a really good job and have been in the thick of things basically since the start of the internet.

They’re quick to respond to things. In terms of meeting deadlines and communicating, they’re really good. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They research industry trends and things to try. They have up-to-date, strong knowledge of website design and optimization. Their team is honest, which is hard to get. When they say they’re going to do something, they do it and are dependable.

One of the biggest things is that we get a lot of value for the money with them. They bend over backward to make us happy and will often go the extra mile. I’d highly recommend them for their honesty and hardworking, dependable team. No one is perfect, but for what they have in front of them, they do a really good job. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve been with them for a long time, so I can’t think of anything they could improve. They try their best at everything to provide a quality product. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be totally honest about what you want and expect. Be a really good listener. Sometimes people have bad experiences because they don’t listen and don’t have realistic expectations, or don’t provide what is asked.

For example, if I can give them what they need immediately, I get the product back quicker. Be responsible to do your part and see your part through.

I’m the owner of a digital marketing consultancy. I do marketing plans, social media setups, training, and marketing automation setups.

What challenge were you trying to address with SonFisher Web Studios?

I come from a graphic design background, and I’m not a developer. As the websites started to get fancier and more complicated, I backed out of the design aspect. In 2014, I built my own WordPress website, and I got hacked. I rebuilt it myself, and lost a ton of content and graphics. Then, I got hacked again and didn’t have time to rebuild everything, which is when I contacted Kerry (Founder). We’ve been working together ever since.

Kerry rebuilt my website and made it secure. We moved the hosting, too. Since then, he’s been my go-to vendor when I need help with a project that involves coding and web design. He and his team also take care of any security updates.

Kerry is my only point of contact.

I met Kerry at a Meetup for SEO. We started doing digital marketing around the same time and kept in contact.

I’ve invested around $2,000 so far.

Whenever there’s an issue, Kerry is on top of things. The service has been smooth throughout our work together.

Everything’s great. Kerry answers my calls right away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Unless he’s booked solid, Kerry will move his schedule around to serve my clients. It’s definitely a rarity. He has a lot of integrity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, he’s phenomenal. I remember once when a client of mine needed a gateway and Kerry was available to send a quote in five minutes. You really can’t beat that service.

It’s important for clients to be responsive, too. A lot of times we’re just waiting on a client’s response for days on end, and it holds the whole process up.
