I hired Solvevare to redo my agency’s website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Solvevare has designed and developed our website from scratch using HTML and CSS, per our preferences. The team has recycled some images, but they've created all the other content. The site is a straightforward marketing and SEO platform. Solvevare is also in charge of maintenance, but we do our hosting.

What is the team composition?

We've mainly worked with Ali as our project manager and one of their developers.

How did you come to work with Solvevare?

Solvevare contacted us via a random cold call and offered their services, so we decided to give them a go.

We've invested under $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've received positive feedback compared with our previous site. Everyone who has seen it has had positive things to say about it. We were looking for a refresh, and Solvevare has delivered it. They make changes promptly, and we've experienced no bugs.

How did Solvevare perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always available, and we never have a 12-hour delay in communication. Solvevare is receptive to the changes I request and delivers them fast. The team meets deadlines and stays within budget, even quicker and less expensive. We communicate via email, Zoom, Google Meet, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're excellent, fluent communicators, which we've found to be a challenge in the past. We're also impressed with Solvevare's turnaround times and accuracy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can't think of anything. We're satisfied with working with Solvevare and their responsiveness throughout.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide Solvevare with as much information about your project as you can upfront. If you have templates or files, share them with their developer.
