Our main reason for engaging Solvepeek was to improve the digital presence of GRUPO TAV FOOD. We wanted to increase our online visibility and make sure that our website represented the business properly. Our existing digital presence needed improvements in several areas. We were looking for a team that could look beyond the visual appearance of the website and also consider usability, search visibility, functionality, and the experience people would have when interacting with the business online. Solvepeek was brought in to work on the website, SEO, and mobile development. The website work involved improving the overall design and experience, while the SEO work focused on strengthening our presence in search engines. The mobile development side was aimed at ensuring that the digital experience was also properly supported on mobile devices. Because these areas were connected, we wanted a company that could understand the bigger picture rather than simply completing individual technical tasks. The thing that impressed us most was their understanding of our business. Technical expertise is important when you are hiring a company for web development, SEO, or mobile development, but technical ability by itself is not enough. The company also needs to understand why the work is being done and what the client is trying to accomplish. Solvepeek made an effort to understand GRUPO TAV FOOD and our objectives before making decisions. That helped them approach the project in a way that was more relevant to our actual needs. We particularly appreciated that they did not make everything feel like a generic package. Their recommendations and approach were connected to what we were trying to achieve with our online presence. Overall, we had a very positive experience and did not encounter any major issue that negatively affected the project. As with most projects involving multiple services, there were moments where requirements needed to be clarified or adjustments had to be made. That is normal when a project develops over time and the client gets a better understanding of what they want after seeing the work. If we were to suggest an improvement, it would be to make some stages of the planning and communication even more detailed from the beginning, particularly when several technical areas are being handled at the same time. However, this was a relatively minor point. Solvepeek was receptive when changes or clarifications were needed, and the overall collaboration remained positive.

Pinsami was founded in Reggio Emilia in 2016 as a small artisanal workshop specializing in a then-little-known baked good: pinsa. The first outlet served was a pizzeria, followed by a small retail store. In 2017, Pinsami opened its first supermarket in Reggio Emilia. From the beginning, the company's goal was to develop a product that stood out for its quality and lightness. In just a few years, the company grew and consolidated, expanding its offerings to include pinsa bases and filled pinsa, becoming a benchmark for the category. This journey has helped pinsa spread not only in Italy but worldwide. Pinsami is currently a world leader in pinsa , distributing to 38 countries worldwide.

They also handled Android mobile development as part of the project.

We saw better Google rankings, improved website speed, and an easier experience for customers using the website. The redesign also gave Pinsami S.r.l. a more modern online presence compared with the previous version of the website.
