We are a fast-growing media company in crypto world We are focused on among ru-language crypto speaking community in CIS countries. The CIS region is The 4th largest cryptocurrency market by transaction volume in the world and 3rd by trading volume on Binance globally. We deliver relevant and significant news, project reviews, interviews and AMA-sessions, digests, educational materials, and more useful information for crypto enthusiasts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Solved Fast, and what were your goals?

We were organising big meetup and needed to develop in a shortest period of time landing page for this meetup with a registration form integrated with our CRM. We had around 7 days to design, develop and launch the website before the actual event.

We've been working with SolvedFast before. They were doing the Google Speed Optimization audit for our main website and we were happy with their work. That's why we decided to use their services for building a new project for us.

So, we needed to develop a Wordpress website on our hosting account on Digital Ocean based on custom Figma design from our designer. Since we were very limited in time, we started build without 100% approved design and applied changes as we go. Guys from SolvedFast were super nice to apply those changes on our requests to meet the deadline.

Thanks to fast and reliable delivery from SolvedFast - form on the website was filled by more than 400 attendees. Our event was crazy popular involving around of 650 people. Currently we are using this page

We were communicating all the time using Slack, and guys from SolvedFast even worked on Saturday making exception specially for us to meet the deadlines. We launched the website in 7 days before the actual meetup was supposed to happen and it was right on time as we discussed. The communication was a priority and SolvedFast handled it in the excellent manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked quickly and always knew what they were doing. They were also flexible; they could adapt to any situation if needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None we can think of.

Profit Whales is a full-service marketing agency for e-commerce brands. As a Head of Marketing, I lead all the digital marketing activities of the agency, providing it with new clients.

Profit Whales was a software company and didn't change its website for a long time before it became an agency. But in 2021, our positioning and services have changed, so we decided to update the website and make it more attractive. We didn't have an in-house developer, so we hired one.

We talked to their founder and realized that the professionalism of their specialists, the speed of work, and ease of communication are what we need. A week later, we signed the contract and began discussing the project's details.

After signing the contract, the discovery phase began: we discussed our competitors, functionality, and goals for creating a new WordPress website for Profit Whales with Solved Fast specialists. Indeed, in addition to the main page and services pages, we also needed to develop a blog that would be easy to update.

We agreed on the website sitemap, and our writers proceeded to create the content. As our designers created the website design, Solved Fast experts supervised this process and gave recommendations on how not to make it too complicated. We especially loved the fact that we were able to design the pages and develop them immediately gradually.

The agency didn't wait for the design of ALL the pages to be ready. Thanks to this, we could complete the site's development much faster. When the site was ready, our team had the opportunity to test it and make a few changes, which is also very important for us. Solved Fast also optimized our website, created additional landing pages, and set up synchronization of forms with the CRM. They always help us if we have any failures on the site.

We are working with four people - Back End Developer, Front End Developer, Project Manager, and SEO Specialist.

Solved Fast is probably one of the most accessible vendors we`ve ever worked with. Unlike other agencies, they have our best interest in mind. They’re customer-focused and robust in terms of development quality. They performed flawlessly! We finally have a great website with excellent page speed, low error rate, high traffic, and conversion rate.

We had weekly calls with the team and "on-demand" meetings, our primary communication channel was Slack, and we could follow the development of the website in Jira.

You feel like you are part of their team, and they are part of yours. Because they don't just "get the job done" but work with you strategically and want their work to positively impact your company's further development!

I think they need to develop the agency and add new services of the same high level.

I am the manager and co-founder of the TerrariumScript - a platform for scriptwriters where they get help to develop, refine and complete their scripts.

So, we were lucky to find Solved Fast since previous company that started the website development didn't manage to finish the project and we were having issues with communication level since nor I not my co-founder are not tech-savvy. But Solved Fast managed to finish the project and still provides continuous tech support for our website if needed.

So, we found this company upon recommendation from our good friends that already had a positive experience in cooperation with Solved Fast. This was the main factor that helped to chose Solved Fast agency as our go-to web development and digital agency.

So, our website is build using Wordpress CMS (PHP, JS, HTML, CSS). It is pure custom development with a lot of custom post types, bunch of extra functionality for our visitors, also website is multilingual which added more complexity to the completion of the website but Solved Fast literally nailed it. They pick up the project on the early stage when previous company only coded 5 of 12 templates and installed some plugins. After that during 2 months together with SolvedFast we finished all the work to be done and as the bonus, Solved Fast also did the Speed Optimization work for us in order to comply Web Core Vitals.

So, the project manager was the main person who have been leading our project during the whole process plus 1 web developer and graphic designer.

After launching the website we have managed to see around 20% increases of our forms conversions, plus a lot of users said that the mobile version of the website appeared to be easier to navigate which is a big thing for us since around 60% of traffic we get is coming from mobile devices.

The project management style is one the best things we like about Solved Fast because they are pros that deliver best communication level along with great time management.

They managed to explain complex web development things for us in a simple and understandable way. Which created a great atmosphere of trust between both parties.

Since we were on tight deadlines we need to launch the website really fast and Solved Fast did this, of course there were some minor bugs after the launch but they solved it fast as you know.

We had a client whose website wasn't performing very well in the advertising, and one of the reasons for that was their slow and outdated website. Website speed is crucial these days - both for organic and for paid search. So the goal was to speed things up for their website.

Folks over at Solved Fast optimized the code, changed a lot of the backend about the website, worked closely with our project manager and the client to make it all happen.

So, the project scope was next: - SolvedFast did the speed analysis, provided us results along with their plan on improving our speed score measured by official Google Speed tools - the initial speed improving process took around 1 week.

Extra software was installed to the website, they did some work on tuning up the server, auditing and removing plugins etc. - in the end we achieved the discussed results (website was working way faster on mobile phones, google speed score boosted to the green zone).

So, Google has taking more and more attention to the website speed score in general and considers this as one SEO-rankings aspects in particular.

That's why we needed to kill two birds with one stone - improve our website's user experience for mobile phone owners that will be able to browse pages faster, and of course long-term perspective to improve our SEO rankings with having Web Core Vitals assessments passing green score.

SolvedFast is passionate about finding the best solution for the client and provide very details explanation of the things work. At first, we were not sure why do we need Speed Optimization, but after talking with Serhii from SolvedFast, we finally saw the main benefits of having fast loading, optimized website.
