We have an online e-commerce store. Where we sell all types of shoes.

For what projects/services did your company hire SolutionFlows, and what were your goals?

Our website was around 3 years old. We were selling around $20,000 each month. We were facing a lot of issues with our website. We didn't have a proper UI/UX design and dashboard for our website.

Also, we needed help with UI/UX, Branding, SEO, digital marketing, paid marketing, social media marketing, and developments. After 3 months we were amazed by the results we were getting.

We started to see a huge increase in the traffics to our site. And our sales went skyrocket.

We were searching around for a professional web design and development company around. After lots of research and many interviews, we had decided to go with Solution Flows.

A project manager, Front end, back end developers, SEO specialist, UI/UX designers, content writers, digital marketers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After 3 months we saw around 30% increased in traffic and after 8 months we saw around 110% increased in traffic

We had few meetings with the Solution Flows team. They understood our issues, risks, and requirements pretty fast. They had provided us with wireframes, mock-ups, requirements documents, and outlined in detail how we can improve our website and increase our sales.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Solution Flows team was very patient with us and helped us a lot in brainstorming sessions and many more ways they helped us when we didn't know what to do. Every time we faced issues they were there for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. We can't imagine the success we had without the Solution Flows team.

Solution flows provided us with the mock ups and UI/ UX. We have used Figma, MS Word, Excel, Wordpress and google tools.

We had around 54 team members working from both sides. From CEO to designers to stack-holders to developers all were involved.
