Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a founder of Magicstar Arrow and CEO of ClickTool, a marketing analytics toolkit and management software that aims to provide digital marketers with the tools and data insights they need to run more effective campaigns and ultimately improve their ROI.

For what projects/services did your company hire SoluLab Inc?

We got in touch with them to hire their blockchain developers for the preparation of an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and a crypto native wallet.

What were your goals for this project?

There has always been a threat to the security of marketing data when it comes to digital marketing and the analytics industry. Our goal was to build a blockchain-based decentralized optimization tool to increase profits for paid online marketing campaigns. We required a technology partner that could understand our blockchain project, share their expertise, and guide us across project tenure.

How did you select this vendor?

We heard about them via Upwork. After some negotiations, we finally started working together in August 2018.

Prior to SoluLab, we were in negotiations with other service providers, but they offered non-HD crypto wallet services.

Describe the project in detail.

ClickTool is a digital marketing platform powered by blockchain that enables users to receive detailed web traffic insights through powerful and secure tracking technology (e.g. unique call tracking features and the ability to manage multiple traffic sources).

They shared their expertise in creating Clickcoin tokens and a Hierarchical Deterministic (HD) wallet for Android, iOS, and web. They also offered insights about developing smart contracts building an administrative dashboard.

What was the team composition?

We hired dedicated blockchain developers from SoluLab Inc. The team was comprised of three members (a senior ICO advisor, a blockchain developer, and a designer). 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SoluLab developed a new-age product (an HD wallet). This type of product is now an upcoming trend since it automatically generates public/private keys. Using a variant of the standard 12-word master seed key, it solves the problem of deriving various addresses for various wallets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless across the entire tenure. They were always available when needed. The team has provided excellent support, and I was able to coordinate with ease. 

Apart from their technical skills, they were very proactive. The team figured out potential hitches early on.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is well-structured, and they have outstanding execution. They excel at the agile working model, and they have deep UI/UX blockchain expertise. They also had great knowledge about enhancing the product in general.

They provided iOS and Android app development, website development, AWS services, maintenance services and PHP backend development.
