For what projects/services did your company hire SoluLab, and what were your goals?

We hired SoluLab to create a functional prototype for a B2C marketplace called f2fmart.com. Our target was to create a clickable functional prototype for a mobile application for two users that are buyer & sellers along with the web panel for both. We also required a customized admin panel that is capable of working in a similar manner or better like the admin panel of Shopify with custom functionalities.In addition to this, SoluLab provided us with highly valuable business consultation services along with business analytics to give us a deeper insight into our business.

It is SoluLab's fantastic previous works that led us to the selection of the vendor. Moreover, a close and trusted acquaintance of mine gave us the reference of SoluLab. In addition to this, I personally read through some great reviews from SoluLab’s previous clients and finally decided to select the vendor.

I would say that the project was certainly a bit more complicated as compared to similar others. It is because there were a number of features and functionalities required from our end. But to our surprise, SoluLab’s team was just awesome and they easily tamed down even the toughest of tasks with utmost ease. f2fmart.com is a single marketplace for both B2C as well as Wholesale. Keeping in mind the present trend, SoluLab focused on mobile-first strategies and then the desktop. Security was also kept tight for the users. Indian buyers and sellers were allowed mobile OTP-based login and foreign customers were allowed email OTP-based login which enhanced the security. The Buyer and Seller Dashboard was one of the most vital components. It included an array of useful modules for both buyers and sellers to make the entire process extremely convenient.

There were some additional features like Admin Dashboard, Seller Store, Automated Seller registration Process (certificate verification, GST Number verification etc.), Yearly KYC Processing Feature, Vendor Commission Setup, Invoicing Module, Multiple Language Option, Nationality popup and predefined multi-currency support, and Chat Module (User to user chat, Chatbot, and Support Chat). Each of the stages of the project was undertaken by the team of SoluLab efficiently and effectively without giving us even a single chance to complain. Overall, we were entirely satisfied with the services we received from SoluLab.

SoluLab assigned us a vastly experienced senior business analyst, Project Manager and team of 6 developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The entire scope of the project was rightly converted into a prototype and we received an editable prototype file. The functional prototype for B2C marketplace known as f2fmart.com was successfully built within the stipulated frame of time, thereby making the project a great success.

I would love to say that the workflow between both the teams was awesome. We never realized that we were two different teams located at two different locations working together. SoluLab’s team was always proactive and maintained an excellent flow of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about SoluLab is their creativity. We shared with them our project plan and SoluLab’s provided us with several creative inputs that worked wonders for our entire project as well as our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

According to me, everything was perfect and I could not find anything where I can say SoluLab can improve. SoluLab is already perfect.

Own Research! They were easily the most experienced and best located and seemed to understand what we wanted. They didn't try to dodge questions and have the answers we were looking for. At the end of the meeting, we decided to go ahead with SoluLab.

With a market capitalization of $1Billion USD, our digital initiative aims to transform the infrastructure and construction (IPC) business for the Govt. client called "Blockhour". The primary scope for SoluLab was to analyze end-to-end processes for all stakeholders and define the user experience. Taking full ownership of front-end development with designing user interfaces for different screens. The back end was also exceptionally developed by SoluLab with the development of Website and Mobile Apps with the deployment of it on on-premise infrastructure.

The highly skilled team is composed of 1 project manager, 1 Business Analyst, 1 Quality Assurance personnel (QA), and 2 backend engineers along with 2 frontend engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the end goal of creating a mobile app for the end-user, both the mobile app and web apps were designed with their own unique flow and UI. The user experience was also optimized in order to help the user access information at a faster rate. Required cyber security protocols and guidelines were adhered well by the team during the development. With the implementation of our in-house security checks, we have ensured that the app complies with all guidelines set forth by the rules and regulations of the client.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great working with their team, we always had open and direct communication with them and were aware of the progress that they pitched for. Every inquiry we had was responded to quickly with no stones unturned left in the end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They identified the target demographic based on data from our initial conversations and the team designed a web and mobile development strategy. They provided user research, usability studies, and user interviews to determine the user journey. SoluLab understands the client’s needs. They understand what are their interests and what will be the best user journey by analyzing the psychology of their target audience. With a clear mind and realistic approach, they are bold enough to say no when it is not necessarily bringing the best ROI out of any other competition. In short, they are creative and aggressive and with a carefully planned out development plan, they avoided any unnecessary expenses.

They are very focused individuals with no such areas I can think they need improvement in.

We signed a contract with them to develop an app that brings fun to fitness through: -Simplified process of booking on-demand fitness trainers and participating in amateur fitness activities events -One-stop-shop for finding and booking fitness trainers, fitness centers and gyms in the nearby locations of app users. -Easy way to find fitness trainers and centers.

What was the team composition?

SoluLab had dedicated resources to our project. One senior Business Analyst, two iOS and two Android developers, one UI/UX designer and one project manager were allocated. The best part was their co-founder was in constant touch and provided his valuable insights in making our dream product more successful. He guided us in our journey throughout the project tenure. The work demonstrated showed a real awareness of existing and future technologies that could be utilized. The entire team was on their toes always when needed. They were quite capable to understand probable challenges and know well how to deal with them beforehand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They presented some awesome designs and wireframes, in the first phase of the project, which was applauded by our team. Further, each and every single project notes were transferred through Basecamp. Each and every move was transparent to us. They meet every benchmark quickly, shared their progress in Basecamp, and were willing to explain their process step-by-step, which others usually don't do.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was absolutely smooth across the tenure. Rather than looking to increase project tenure, they’re concerned with building a good, responsible app. Briefly speaking, they took on more ownership than what we had expected of them and created an easy project collaboration.

We got in touch with them to hire their blockchain developers for the preparation of an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and a crypto native wallet.

What were your goals for this project?

There has always been a threat to the security of marketing data when it comes to digital marketing and the analytics industry. Our goal was to build a blockchain-based decentralized optimization tool to increase profits for paid online marketing campaigns. We required a technology partner that could understand our blockchain project, share their expertise, and guide us across project tenure.

We heard about them via Upwork. After some negotiations, we finally started working together in August 2018.

Prior to SoluLab, we were in negotiations with other service providers, but they offered non-HD crypto wallet services.

ClickTool is a digital marketing platform powered by blockchain that enables users to receive detailed web traffic insights through powerful and secure tracking technology (e.g. unique call tracking features and the ability to manage multiple traffic sources).

They shared their expertise in creating Clickcoin tokens and a Hierarchical Deterministic (HD) wallet for Android, iOS, and web. They also offered insights about developing smart contracts building an administrative dashboard.

What was the team composition?

We hired dedicated blockchain developers from SoluLab Inc. The team was comprised of three members (a senior ICO advisor, a blockchain developer, and a designer).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SoluLab developed a new-age product (an HD wallet). This type of product is now an upcoming trend since it automatically generates public/private keys. Using a variant of the standard 12-word master seed key, it solves the problem of deriving various addresses for various wallets.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless across the entire tenure. They were always available when needed. The team has provided excellent support, and I was able to coordinate with ease. 

Apart from their technical skills, they were very proactive. The team figured out potential hitches early on.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company is well-structured, and they have outstanding execution. They excel at the agile working model, and they have deep UI/UX blockchain expertise. They also had great knowledge about enhancing the product in general.
