I'm a partner at Wayan Law Firm. We offer legal, financial, and sustainability services, specializing in regulatory advice, investment projects, corporate governance, and dispute resolution for local and international clients, with expertise in Rwanda and cross-border transactions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sokrab Rwanda?

We needed to improve our company's online presence by developing and optimizing our website and supporting our digital marketing activities. Our main goals were to create a more professional and user-friendly website, improve online visibility, strengthen our brand, and generate more qualified leads for our legal and financial services practice.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sokrab Rwanda handles our website development and digital marketing support. The team has been responsible for website design and improvement, content organization, SEO optimization, UX enhancements, social media support, and online visibility improvements. Key deliverables include a professionally developed website, optimized service pages, improved search engine presence, and digital marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating business leads.Sokrab Rwanda has worked on the overall website structure, homepage, service pages, contact and inquiry sections, content presentation, mobile responsiveness, and basic SEO improvements. The team also supports digital marketing through social media content, SEO, website content updates, and online campaigns aimed at improving brand visibility and attracting potential clients for our legal and financial services.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to our geographic location, and their pricing fit our budget.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a more professional and user-friendly website, improved search engine visibility, better mobile performance, and stronger consistency across our online channels. We've also seen increased website engagement and more inquiries from potential clients. The improvements have made it easier for visitors to understand our legal and financial services and contact our team.We didn't formally track all performance metrics before the project, so we can't provide exact percentage comparisons. However, since working with Sokrab Rwanda, we've seen a noticeable increase in website traffic, engagement, and direct inquiries from potential clients. 
We've also observed better visibility of our service pages in search results and more consistent interaction through our online channels.Based on our internal observations, before the project, we were receiving approximately 200–300 website visits and 2–3 client inquiries per month. Currently, we estimate around 500–700 monthly website visits and 5–7 client inquiries.

How did Sokrab Rwanda perform from a project management standpoint?

Sokrab Rwanda manages the project professionally and maintains clear communication throughout the engagement. The team is responsive, well-organized, and flexible when changes are required. Key deliverables are generally completed on time, and any minor adjustments or revisions are handled promptly. Overall, we're satisfied with their project management and ability to meet our requirements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most is Sokrab Rwanda's combination of technical capability, business understanding, and responsiveness. They don't approach the project only as a website development task; they take time to understand our legal and financial services and how we want to position our brand online. Their flexibility, communication, and practical approach make the collaboration effective and easy to manage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we're satisfied with the project. One area for improvement would be to provide more regular performance reports with clear website and digital marketing metrics. This would make it easier to track progress, measure results, and identify opportunities for further improvement.
