We work in bi-weekly sprints with a dedicated Slack, Teams, or WhatsApp channel per project. Clients get daily written updates from the engineers doing the work, weekly demos of shipped functionality, and direct access to the team rather than a single account manager. We keep overlap hours with US, EU, and APAC time zones. Engagements run as fixed-price, time and materials, or dedicated resource contracts depending on how well-defined the scope is at the start.

Daily end-of-day reports from each engineer covering what was completed and what is blocked. Weekly sync calls for feedback and delivery discussion. Work is tracked in Jira or ClickUp with client visibility, code in GitHub or GitLab. Blockers and scope risks are raised as they appear rather than at milestone reviews, and there is a defined escalation path for decisions that need fast resolution.

NDA and MSA are signed before any knowledge transfer. We then run a discovery phase covering requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria, and produce a scope document with milestones and pricing before development starts. For AI projects, discovery includes a data and feasibility review so limitations surface before commitment rather than mid-build. Communication channels, tooling access, and the assigned team are set up in the first week.

Production AI systems rather than prototypes. This includes agentic RAG platforms over private document sets, AI voice agents handling inbound and outbound calls via LiveKit and Twilio, document intelligence and OCR pipelines, natural-language-to-SQL analytics interfaces, and LLM integrations inside existing products. Recent builds include a clinical knowledge system running retrieval across 183 veterinary textbooks and 3,300+ drug records with automated safety validation, and a multi-tenant knowledge platform for a consulting firm with strict client data isolation.

Full IP and source code transfer to the client on final payment, written into every agreement. NDAs and confidentiality clauses cover all engagements. For healthcare, legal, and financial workloads we build to GDPR and HIPAA requirements with SOC 2-aligned controls: role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, full audit logging, and no cross-client data exposure. Systems handling sensitive data can be deployed entirely within client-controlled infrastructure.
