SN Digitech was engaged to provide digital marketing and Google Ads management services with the objective of increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and driving customer acquisition through paid advertising campaigns

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary objective of the engagement was to leverage paid digital advertising to generate business growth while ensuring professional campaign management, transparent reporting, and responsible handling of allocated advertising funds.

Our experience with SN Digitech was extremely disappointing.

We paid ₹65,000 for Google Ads management, yet in nearly eight months they spent less than ₹9,000 on actual advertising while repeatedly providing excuses ranging from high ad costs to employee turnover. The service we paid for was simply not delivered.

After terminating the engagement, we had to wait almost 18 months to recover the unused funds. Even then, the settlement was short by approximately ₹17,000, which SN Digitech claimed as "service fees"—despite those fees being nearly double the amount they actually managed to spend on advertising.

Holding client funds for such an extended period, failing to deliver the contracted service, and then deducting substantial fees has left us with no confidence in this company.

We will be pursuing legal action regarding this matter and the handling of our funds. We strongly advise any business considering SN Digitech to proceed with extreme caution and ensure all commitments, fees, and refund terms are documented in writing before making any payment.
