The shareholding of Schiess AG was acquired in 1993 by the Doerries-Scharmann AG (D) group. After 1995, the existing shareholders took over the business interests and registered the company name.
Business and software development is carried out independently. In cooperation with users, we carry out turnkey projects covering mechanical engineering, automation and computer science.
