We want to develop an app for our users to access content on the web. The app will be able to offer features that a browser cannot.

The company culture is sincere and diligent.

Provide an app to access Wordpress database and Vimeo database.

The project manager, the design team for the company logo look and feel and occasionally the CEO.

Their team was very diligent and responsive. They managed to deliver the app within expectations with minimal bugs and error.

We communicate via WhatsApp.

Their ability to understand my requirements quickly and to suggest alternatives when certain functions are not deliverable at the moment.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project manager is already very knowledgeable. But she will improve herself and go further as she gather more experience across various platforms.

I am the owner of the company Recommend.Our company allows common people to earn comission by recommending the business servicer provider,s service that they have used to people whom they know for cash.

To create an app to fulfil the following goals. Goals- Reduced manual talking over the phone recommendations -Faster payment transfers -Tracking of recommendation service -Able to oversee multiple transactions -receive cash after Recommending completed

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since this was our first and large-scale technology adoption, we wanted a good company that has delivered good platforms in Singapore and has the capability to develop and deliver a fully customized solution for us. After talking to a few vendors that we researched and collated online, we decided Smitiv Mobiles Technologies would be the perfect candidate as they have been an office here in Singapore with local staff to first hand manage our project.

The company also has a credible client list spanning from big companies, schools, to award winning companies like SISTIC, Republic Polytechnic, Have Halal Will Travel and Plano. We also felt that heir quotation amount was reasonable and within the company capabilities to afford.

We had a series of dicusion o er the phone and we finally met up as a team to discuss the idea and motivation e behind the APP reccomman. Upon deciding ,Smitiv came out with project delivery dates and time line.Software Requirement Specification (SRS) ,Design Implementation (Front-End) ,"Admin panel - Super admin Web page for info" ,Admin panel - Employee,Mobile app (iOS & android) - Merchant ,Mobile app (iOS & android) - Customer ,Quality Assurance Testing and Checks are the major milestones for the APP development.I am glad that they have completed the whole development I a matter of 7months which is within the timeline as discussed.

A project manager was assigned to us.She was in charge of the milestones,quality of project,deliveries and timely completion of the project.At every point of milestone completion dates,she will update me about the progression and I will discuss and keep her informed of the changes and upon agreeing,we move forward accordingly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 7 months, I saw from nothing to something wonderful.A great APP was created.I showed the Platform to family and friends and all were delighted and excited about the launch.They also appreciated the kind motive of helping people to earn extra cash by recommending people to services.

The project manager was easy to talk with and she is mostly available.Very responsive.Mode of communication was what's app email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge in app development made me trust them. Hence proceeding the deal to create the app.kind people.They have passion for work and money is secondary.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Due to covid 19 some follow up took slightly longer in the final stage app testing.But at the end of the day they completed the app within the timeline.

We were looking for a web builder to do up ecommerce website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A friend of mine refer them to me, after a few meeting we decided to give it a try.

They proposed a few theme and web layout. Communication was smooth.

I liased with sumi the web designer, govind the director and rina the partner. They were patient throughout the whole proccess.

Im satisfied with the project, hoping they willing to assist if I require small changes next time.

There was no delay, everything completed on time.

They were always available, even during midnight.

So far so good.
