We are a licensed billing and logistics partner for most popular ride-hailing, courier, delivery platforms and selected TAXI corporations. I am Founder and General Manager

For what projects/services did your company hire 8 Bits Further, and what were your goals?

I started cooperation with 8 BITS FURTHER to create a system for administration and most of the back-office. My goal was to automate processes and activities at work. It was important for me that the stored data was safe. I wanted clients to get things done easily and employees to be more productive.

I found 8 BITS FURTHER on the LinkedIn social network. Their vast knowledge encouraged me to cooperate. I knew I was paying for high quality.

We don’t want to expose all project details. The main goals were to automate clients’ registration process and easily manage their data or related files. The same applies to vehicles fleet, financial settlements, and more. Technologies used in the project are ASP.NET Core and Vue.js.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am highly satisfied with the results. The system is working properly and the level of administration is high. It was hard to measure the results in numbers, but after the first release, the productivity of the employees improved significantly.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

In the beginning, we needed to help us clarify project outcomes and processes. We have got system mock-ups and a wide description of what to expect from the final product. We were communicating via online communicators and emails.

Furthermore, we also started using monday.com, which allowed us to follow the progress of work on the project, which made the collaboration even easier. Everything was always clear and done successfully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understand business needs, have good communication, and are willing to share ideas. Good valuation and guarantee.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The cooperation with 8 BITS FURTHER showed that professionals work there. I wouldn't change anything.
