Because they are fiercely focused on maintaining our low cost-per-lead and high lead quality, they prefer heavily data-backed decisions. While this conservative approach completely protected our budget and guaranteed our 2x lead growth, we sometimes welcome high-risk, experimental ideas just to see the outcome. It is a minor detail, but encouraging them to occasionally take wilder creative leaps without worrying about a temporary dip in metrics could open up new avenues.
