However, if I had to name one minor area for growth, it is that Gamze and her team are sometimes so protective and deeply analytical of our budget that they can be overly cautious when testing completely untested, high-risk creative concepts. Because they are fiercely focused on maintaining our low cost-per-lead and high lead quality, they prefer heavily data-backed decisions. While this conservative approach completely protected our budget and guaranteed our 2x lead growth, we sometimes welcome high-risk, experimental ideas just to see the outcome. It is a minor detail, but encouraging them to occasionally take wilder creative leaps without worrying about a temporary dip in metrics could open up new avenues.
