We are an IT service company managing (mainly) e-commerce projects. Webdevelopment, consultancy, UX/UI design and testing. I'm the HR manager here.

They help us with their expertise in the field of web development and testing. We are working with PHP developers and test managers from Smartitory. The goal is to solve our lack of labor and bring new perspectives to the table.

After a trial period we were satisfied. The main deciding factors were the level of expertise, flexibility and communication.

Their leader is very solution-oriented, flexible and friendly in the same time. His staff as well.

We searched a couple of vendors, but Smartitory proved to be the best in price to value ratio

We provided the designs and wireframes to the team, then they started to work for iOS and Android in the same time. First there was a beta test version, but even after the relase we always tweaked the app to be better.

We had an open chat, with the project manager and with 3 developer, so if we had a problem, they can see it right away

We achieved 1000+ downloads for now, people are using it, like it, and many reviews we got, that makes their lives easier

The project manager was easy to communicate with, we mostly talked in open chat, but if something was urgent, we could call him any time, or even meet him in person. Timelines was sometimes crossed, but the team warned about that in advance

This was their first big project, so they were enthusiast about it, and open to learning new things as come.

Detailed status reports could be helpful, so we can limit misunderstandings.

I have been working as a Lead IT Recruiter at Moon42 RDI Ltd for more than a year. I am in charge of managing the E2E recruitment processes in the IT field and increasing the company's visibility in the Hungarian Labour market. Creating and completing the whole recruitment process.

Moon42 RDI Ltd focuses on custom software development and collaborates with partners who are is also providing IT Services globally. Our plan is to increase the company's visibility and size. We aspire to find potential resources for the company's projects where the company is able to outsource candidates to fill positions. In this case, the company collaborates with external suppliers and Moon42 started to cooperate with Smartitory last year summer when they provided us with resources. Smartitory helps the company to fill out software development positions and increase its size as well.

Smartitory is a startup company that aspires to build fruitful collaborations and they are very ambitious and helpful. Moon42 RDI Ltd is a small company and Smartitory could provide us with candidates with very favourable prices and they always try to send resources very quickly.

Smartitory provided us with Java Developers for a Product information management system development project at one of the largest german automotive company. It is a classic Java Developer position where the developers are responsible for working on several backend infrastructures related to components of the company system, which is an asset and portfolio management system of an automotive company. Helping design new components, implementing new features and maintaining the current codebase.

Moon42 hired two Java developers via Smartitory and they send us potential candidates gradually. Moon42 hopes that they can hire more candidates from Smartitory to strengthen cooperation.

The provided Java Developers are able to work independently and proactively. They can work effectively with a problem-solving focus and their strengths are understanding and insight into the task and program architecture, problem-solving and ability to learn new tools quickly.

The project management was great and they always keep deadlines. They communicate via Slack and e-mail or phone. Teams use agile methodology and they adapted it very quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are honest, fast and extremely helpful and can provide experienced relevant IT professionals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Smartitory needs time to increase its size and get more partners. In this case, it can provide more specific candidates in the future.

We were happy about their flexibility & attitudes. Small changes came up during the project but they handled it well.

They are young and enthusiastic but professionals.

While the quality of work was great, maybe there is a room for improvement regarding to time planning. But that is true to every company.
