For a long time, we were unsuccessful in our search for candidates, so we decided to seek help from Smart Solutions. After that, they clarified who and what we needed to address our business challenges.

Two positions were filled within a month, and the third one, actually the Sales Manager for german-speaking market, was closed in just one more month.
