Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

which includes our other products, of which there are roughly 45, and which we are developing with plans to launch in March.  We are seeking to rebrand towards our actual applications in-house and are adding those to our app, which will be rebranded.  It will accomplish the same goal and make using a PDF order form simple.

 Instead of going through an 18-page form, we hope to automate a lot of it as we get into phase three. 

 All of the artefacts that I have previously implemented are kept in a content management central repository, and I am aware of their importance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their availability and speed of response.  We live nine and a half hours apart, but it feels like they are always available when I need them, whether it's a problem or a subject to talk about.  Even on their holidays, they are available, and they will ensure that someone is present to provide support.

 Slash software assisted us in creating metrics that allow us to know who has downloaded the app. They were also able to integrate the native Google and Apple metrics into a single Firebase platform for our marketing team.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We have been attempting to watch the project management limitations of quality, budget, and time. and cut software delivered on time, within budget, and actually a little under budget, and the quality has been excellent.

We don't have a big IT staff, so having Slash Software as a valued and trusted partner has been amazing. They seem to go above and beyond, and they can read my mind in a way, which is excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Slash Software could have done differently?

They are so good that they don't fail at anything.
