Our web-based product is being built by our development partner, Slash Software. We have shared a great deal of knowledge with them to describe our needs and desires, and we have offered them advice on what to create and how. We provided the team with some documentation, and I made some of the wireframes. We then went through a requirement-gathering stage. Slash Software is employing Microsoft Azure to construct the tool's user interface (UI) as well as its front-end and back-end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The work produced using slash software is of good quality. It's nice that we haven't discovered many bugs throughout testing. We've only seen a few minor issues, and we haven't experienced any system crashes, which are typical in software development. Additionally, the team created the product in accordance with our specifications.

Communication can be a little difficult due to the time zone difference because I'm in Melbourne, Australia, and some of the team members live in Houston, Texas. But given the tools we have, it has worked out well for us. We haven't encountered any issues because we use the Agile technique, which allows us to see what they're working on and give ongoing comments. Confluence and Jira are the project management tools we employ.

Their availability and speed of response. We live nine and a half hours apart, but it feels like they are always available when I need them, whether it's a problem or a subject to talk about. Even on their holidays, they are available, and they will ensure that someone is present to provide support.
Slash software assisted us in creating metrics that allow us to know who has downloaded the app. They were also able to integrate the native Google and Apple metrics into a single Firebase platform for our marketing team.
