Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CTO and Founder of a digital creative studio. I head up the development of exciting software products such as websites, mobile applications and associated digital marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire SkyWebTech, and what were your goals?

We have worked extensively with SkyWebTech in the past and they have always produced spectacular results. When we were approached to build a new WordPress website for a new start-up that specialises in pet health. As our own in-house development team is limited, we decided to engage SkyWebTech's services once again to bring our design to life with a high-quality result.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We scoured the internet looking for a capable development team and shortlisted them based on their capabilities and their response to a development challenge. SkyWebTech passed both considerations and has been a key partner of our business in aiding us with the additional capacity to take on new and bigger projects.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First, we presented SkyWebTech with a high-fidelity wireframe for their comments. As always, they made suggestions and improvements based on cost, budget and time requirements in order to optimise the delivery. From there they set out a detailed plan of work to complete the development of the website. They engaged us on a regular basis to update us on the website, ask questions and respond to our queries. Finally, after the first draft of the website was completed, they worked closely with us on the client feedback reports and we made the final adjustments before making the website live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We only worked with a project manager directly however there were full-stack developers working behind the scenes to realise the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Brand reputation was the critical factor for the website. The clients previous website was poorly designed and badly constructed. With the new design, they felt more confident to pitch to investors and began selling their first products from their online store, something they had not been able to do previously.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I directly communicated with the project manager via Skype, and he was always available to answer my questions (often outside of regular working hours). They provided an initial timeline, and where any features caused a departure to this timeline, then they updated us promptly. But the team went above and beyond to complete the project to deadlines, even when new features were added in.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed of interaction and their ability to juggle multiple projects and incoming requests were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the future, we may consider setting up a more formal project management tool to coordinate efforts between our two teams.

We are working in IT industry for a long time and we have worked with various IT companies but SkyWebTech is one of the finest companies we have worked with. They went beyond the expectation and delivered high-quality work.

We have already worked with other vendors but we are not that much satisfied but one of our friends recommended SkyWebTech. After setting of meeting with them we were quite impressed with their professional skills and the way they handled everything.

Initially, we have explained to them what we are looking for. After that, they came back with a solid plan and how everything will take place. Once they have started working on it we don't need to do anything, they will sort out everything and will update you time to time.

We have hired 6-7 resources including Project Manager, Web Developer, Web Designer and Mobile App Developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are an agency and our clients were extremely happy with work. Our customer success ratio increased to 100% and our customers are coming back to us very often.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was one point of contact who manages everything, you don't need to worry about anything. They answer on time even many times on holiday or weekends.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have very strong technical knowledge but despite the knowledge, they are very honest and transparent with us. They work like they are your own team, they will be with you at every step.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't feel any thing to improve.
