The project was to build an e-commerce marketplace to be launched in South East Asia. Which means multiple buyers and sellers. The deliveries included:

User Auth (Signup/Login/Forgot Password) via email
User panel including order history/invoice

We aligned on milestones on all the deliveries, and every single milestone was achieved on or before time. I was always informed in advance regarding any future issues and the ways to mitigate them
