The team delivered features like client quick search, detailed service history, contract management, bulk data tools, and automated technician assignment.

SkyTech Global's commitment to understanding our complex client maintenance software needs and their technical execution were outstanding. We saw a 40% decrease in time spent on manual data entry, paperwork, or scheduling.

How did SkyTech Global perform from a project management standpoint?

SkyTech Global used an Agile methodology, structuring the work into two-week sprints. Our dedicated project manager maintained excellent transparency, using Jira to track progress, which allowed us to see exactly where the software stood at any time. Their communication was proactive and streamlined. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What I found most impressive about working with SkyTech Global was their commitment to understanding the underlying mechanics of our client maintenance process, not just the functional requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The end-user training manuals were good but could have been more comprehensive, especially regarding the admin-level features.
