Even we and Skief Labs works in a different time-line(we are located in London and Skief Labs is located in Miami), both of the team created the essential time when it is necessary. Also, we communicate with Skief Labs whenever we need through messaging apps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Skief Labs could have done differently?

I don't think so because we configure our process and project together and nothing could be done more accurately. We're pleased.

We design and produce eco-friendly substitution for single-use plastic in the food-market industry. Our main products are patented, and we are constantly developing new solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Skief Labs, and what were your goals?

The BIG challenge is to enter the US food-related B2B market with a brand that is not well known. We hired Skief labs to make a Growth Hacking campaign, with the clear goal to create at least 40 possible deals with medium-sized distributors and small restaurants.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We used our limited networking in Miami to get references from companies that could help us with our launch in the US. Skief labs came with great recommendations, and we decided to work with them after having a meeting with their CEO Sardar, whom clearly knows what's he is talking about.

Skief labs worked in creating listings of possible clients that we could approach with a cold-email growth hacking campaign. We worked together in creating the strategy and the emails and launched the first campaign in August. The marketing tools were the systems that Skief labs constantly use with their clients.

I worked directly with Sardar, the owner of Skief Labs, and had great daily basis communication. I don't know if he worked with somebody else within his company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our goal was to generate 40 deals, and right now we are over 60. We made countless adjustments with Sardar that normally benefitted the campaign. We are happy with the services.

Its flawless due that we used a direct communication tool that made us have daily communication.

The constant support and understanding from Sardar help as we're growing as a company.

Emailing an intro to travel technology companies about the integration of travel insurance into there platforms/model. Goals were to make the company's more aware of the importance of travel insurance to there customers and branding our name.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Was refereed to Skief Labs and the deciding factors were there reputation and ease to work with and pricing. The Go-To-Market strategy suggested by Skief Labs consisted of identifying the key players that actively promoted their technology solutions during specialized events focused on Travel Tech. The key phases of this first test project consisted of the following:

1. Define the strategy: engaging with pre-qualified exhibitor companies based on their activity.
2. Data acquisition: extracting data from conference websites, matching with LinkedIn company accounts, and identifying key decision makers through Sales Navigator.
3. Data enrichment and cleaning: enriching contact details with emails, verifying email deliverability
4. Email campaigns: implementing campaigns with the sales automation tools and launching account-based outreach.

As part of their expansion plans within the travel industry, the sales leadership identified a few strategic initiatives to increase their footprint. With the emergence of online booking platforms, more and more consumers plan their travel needs from their fingertips for anything ranging from transportation and accommodation to experiences. Consequently, the corporate sales team decided to expand their partnership network with such travel tech companies to offer their insurance products to the final customer directly during the booking process.

Very successful launch and outcome, some of the outcomes were KPIs for this pilot project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was not as successful as we had hoped, although that was due to the content resonating, not the performance of Skeif Labs. Future campaigns will retain a copywriter and change positioning to slightly different types of actions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very smooth. We didn't have a complicated campaign, after the initial content flow was set up, everything was on auto-pilot except for check-ins on the open rate. Those were delivered every two weeks and we made changes accordingly.

Sardar offered thoughtful suggestions to modify the content.  They are always quick to reply and make changes as needed to the campaign.
