Skater Elephant worked with us from start to finish in coming up with the concept, UX/UI design, application development, deployment and on-going support/improvement. Key deliverables includes: 

• Persona development and journey maps 
• UI/UX design 
• Development and coding of a major multi-module online application 
• Continual improvement after launch

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform we developed in partnership with Skater Elephant has has been highly successful in guiding couples through the highly complex California divorce process. Couples are able to use our platform to develop their entire divorce settlement without attorneys or mediators involved, using only our platform and AI-based dispute resolution systems. The platform has successfully handled cases with in excess of $3.5 million in assets, with no human intervention needed.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Skater Elephant used a lean product development approach with us, delivering weekly deployments. The process was both quick and highly flexible. When we needed to change requirements they would partner with us to change specifications/priorities in the backlog/deployment schedule.Things went surprisingly smoothly considering the complexity of our application.
