I’m a cartoonist, songwriter, and author.

What challenge were you trying to address with sites4localbiz.com?

I needed help building my website. I acquired the domain name a while back and didn’t find anyone suitable to create my website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave Frank access to all of my work online in a digital format. I explained to him what I wanted, and he created the site from there. They gave me choices on logo and color scheme. The team was able to upload both of my books and all of my cartoons onto the site as well.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Frank (Marketing Director).

We started working together in March 2021, and we wrapped up in April 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Frank offers excellent service. This is my first website, and I’m very pleased with it. I’ve had over 100 views on the site since we’ve worked together, which is great. My main goal was to make all of my work accessible in one place. Now, it’s available for anyone to look at.

How did sites4localbiz.com perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great. Frank was easy to stay in touch with. We talked 2–3 times per week. We communicated via phone and email. He implemented any edits I had quickly. It all went very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did all that I wanted without any fuss. Frank did exactly what I wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m very pleased with the site. Maybe the text or the videos could be polished up a bit, but overall the results were great.
