We have been partnering with Sirius Software AG for the past 11 years. Their team created our initial platform TravelCard.BG, subsequently performed a technical update of the entire system, and later built a completely custom-developed new platform tailored to the technical requirements of our specific business model.
They executed the transition from the old platform to the new one in 2025, flawlessly—without data loss or system downtime—and continue to handle platform maintenance, subsequent updates, code adjustments, and bug fixes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform now supports thousands of customers annually, enables direct online reservations without mandatory registration, and provides a scalable digital channel for offers, bookings, and customer loyalty. Optimizing the company's internal customer service processes, leading to process improvements and the optimization of human labor, which in turn results in a measurable improvement in financial performance indicators.

Developing our new platform TravekCard.BG in 2024 took some time, but given the complexity and the frequent requirement changes on our end, I believe the work was completed within a reasonable timeframe. They work quickly and precisely, which is crucial for a business like ours. Over such a long period, we have not experienced any platform downtime, data loss, or other usability issues—neither for our clients nor for our team.
