Sionix managed the end-to-end recruitment process for GeoVictoria’s development team. Their scope of work included sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates aligned with both the technical requirements and the company’s culture. The team curated candidate shortlists with profiles aligned to the required technical skills and cultural fit. They also provided basic technical validation to ensure candidates met mini-role requirements before advancing. Additionally, Sionix offered interview coordination support, managing scheduling and communication with candidates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sionix has successfully placed candidates in critical and hard-to-fill technical roles within the required timelines. The team consistently delivers candidates with a strong combination of technical expertise and cultural fit. Sionix helps us present qualified candidates quickly and close vacancies in less time than our usual hiring processes. For example, they take 20 days to fill a vacancy, while our usual process takes 45 days.

How did Sionix perform from a project management standpoint?

Sionix has demonstrated strong project management throughout our collaboration. Their team maintains clear and consistent communication, provides regular updates on search progress, and responds quickly to changing hiring needs. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
