Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-owner of Scriptor Publishing Group. We provide all the tools and resources needed to get your book written and published in as little as 4-6 months.

For what projects/services did your company hire Simplified Impact, and what were your goals?

We were ready to expand our audience to new industries and we hired them to help us maximize our outreach through website re-design, SEO analytics, digital marketing, podcast re-branding and general marketing strategies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Simplified Impact by another friend who had a good experience with them.

First we went through the discovery phase, reviewing all of our current systems and marketing outreach. This included a full review our website, email funnels and social media outreach. They also did extensive research on our competitors and created reports to show the type of marketing that is being done by others in this field. Then we created a strategy which involved revamping the website, improving SEO through content development and proper keyword placement, rebranding our podcast and developing a system for more consistent outreach,

We have worked with everyone from the owner down through the specific managers for each project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After 3 months of working with Simplified Impact, our analytics show a significant increase in traffic to our sites, downloads of our podcasts and much more engagement with our audience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has gone smoothly. With a project manager in place who oversees all of the components, it has gone well. Despite a few initial wrinkles in communication flow, we've found that we can rely on SI to make sure that projects are completed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very personable. We meet regularly, not just with our project manager, but also with the head of the company who has a good pulse on what we are working on. Each of the members of the team are focused on helping us meet our goals and they seem to work well together to get things accomplished.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this time, we are very happy with the work they've done for us and will continue to work with them to meet our goals.
