Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Simple2B is assisting us in the development of an MVP for our web platform and a mobile app. The web app, which is a video engagement platform designed for patients and hospitals, was created using React, while the Android app was developed using React native and Go. Although we are currently concentrating on the Android version of the app, we plan to make it cross-platform in the future.

To begin, we went through a one-month discovery phase where we went over all of the web and mobile app requirements. Following that, we defined all the user stories and identified all the necessary features. Subsequently, the Simple2B development team took over the project. Additionally, Simple2B is responsible for QA and bug testing. They monitor all of the bugs and notify us when they are resolved. Afterwards, they upload new versions of the application and make updates

We have not yet released the products, but based on our testing and internal reviews, we are confident that the apps are of high quality and meet our standards for reliability, performance, responsiveness, load times, and overall user experience.

Simple2B has demonstrated effective project management through regular communication and the use of collaborative tools. The team maintains regular contact through Slack and conducts 2-3 meetings per week. They utilize Jira for project management purposes.

We have made significant progress in the last six months, considering the extensive scope of the project, and I am satisfied with their work. Additionally, their pricing is reasonable compared to other vendors I approached.
