I’m a commercial manager of a sandwich restaurant franchise in Panama.

What challenges were you trying to address Simple Latam?

We needed their IT consulting services. Essentially, we wanted to decrease the time we spent on manual processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Simple Latam is providing different systems that we use for sales, billing, orders, and graphs.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in March 2020 and is ongoing. At this point, we’ve worked with this module for 20 days; we used our previous system for about one year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After implementing the system, our processes have sped up a lot. In addition to reducing time, the system is easy to use. We’ve noticed that our clients use and trust it; they’re making prompt payments through it. Overall, the system is practical, simple, and has worked very well for us.

How did Simple Latam perform from a project management standpoint?

I didn’t work directly with them, so I can’t really tell.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their support has been great. I had some confusion on how to use certain functions and promptly received help.

No, I can’t think of anything.
