I needed someone to develop a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed the website for the hospital. They’d never had a website before. They created the website from the ground up, creating the booking, information about the hospital, and anything that could help increase the popularity of the hospital. SilvaCreate did everything involved with the website.

What is the team composition?

There were two people.

How did you come to work with SilvaCreate Digital Agency?

I was looking for companies in the hospital’s vicinity that could create the website. I found them in a Google search, and their reviews looked good. Once I contacted them, they responded timely and professionally which is why I chose them over the others that I contacted.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $800 CAD (approximately $600 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in August 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was very pleased with the project. SilvaCreate was very professional. Everything worked properly. I’d give them 100% in project delivery.

How did SilvaCreate Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The project management was very good. I was able to see the entire progress on the project management tool they used. They communicated to me in a timely manner and answered my questions. The whole process was very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication was very good. I contacted a lot of companies to help with the website and out of the ones that replied to me, they were very prompt and professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I was pleased with everything they did. They should just keep on doing good work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with SilvaCreate. They’re very good at what they do.

I’m the CEO of AirtimePay, a platform that people can use to make payments, as well as enable other websites to make payments.

What challenge were you trying to address with SilvaCreate Digital Agency?

Due to the lack of internet penetration in our region, we were unable to receive payments from certain clients. We needed to create a platform that would enable us to receive payments from people with weak or no internet connections.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We told them what we wanted to accomplish, and SilvaCreate built the front- and backend of the website. We can use it to manage any client requests.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with SilvaCreate Digital Agency?

It was a referral. We’d seen a couple of websites they’d done for other clients, and we got in touch.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost so far has been $2,000–$2,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with SilvaCreate around February 2020, and the project is ongoing. Most modules are complete, and SilvaCreate is waiting for my input on going further. We’re working with them on a contract basis for maintenance and enhancements.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The modules we’ve built so far have been pretty successful. In fact, we were able to secure a couple of clients through the website, who’ve had sold-out items. We’re looking to create a second module.

How did SilvaCreate Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve worked with them remotely, using email and phone calls. I only met them once during the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication is top-notch. They’re able to understand what our project is supposed to accomplish, and they’re able to add their own ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their fees are too high, but that comes with this level of support. They delivered on time, although this is relative, given that we came up with new ideas as the project went on, which affected the timeline. I tend to be rigorous with these kinds of projects and push to deliver early, if possible.

They helped set up our website and they host our website. They're also responsible for setting up our email system.

We started collaborating in October 2017, and the work is ongoing.

They’re effective and very good at what they do.

How did SilvaCreate Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via phone and email. They quickly respond.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re so responsive. If I have an issue with my email, they will be in my office in less than 24 hours. They’re effective and fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re perfect.
