MILESTONE SCHEDULE:

• Layout / Wireframe: The Developer will work on the initial layout and wireframe of the Custom Website, creating custom design based on client’s specifications and latest industry design algorithms.
• Prototype: The Custom Website will be presented as a Mock Up for client’s Website approval of Design and Layout.
• Development: Development would be done using the best Website appropriate plat-form required, to support customization and scalability.
• Quality Assurance / Bug Testing: Custom Website will be tested for a reasonable period before launch tocheck for any bugs or crashes, and quality assurance would be provided for each technical functionality of the Custom Website.
• Launch / Publication: Website Publish.

With a delivery date, per our contract, under these stipulations:

Developer's Duties

The Client hereby engages the Developer and the Developer hereby agrees to be engaged by the Client to develop the in accordance with the specifications attached hereto as Exhibit A.

1- The Developer shall complete the development of the Website according to the milestones described on the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. In accordance with such milestones, the final product shall be delivered to the Client by April 15th 2024.

2- For a period of 30 days after delivery of the final product, the Developer shall provide the Client attention to answer any questions or assist solving any problems with regard to the operation of the Custom Website up to 90 of hours free of charge and billed to the Client at a mutually agreed rate for any assistance thereafter. The Developer agrees to respond to any reasonable request for assistance made by the Client regarding the Web- site within 30 days of the request.

3- Except as expressly provided in this Website Development Agreement, the Client shall not be obligated under this Agreement to provide any other support or assistance to the Developer.

4- The Client may terminate this Website Development Agreement at any time upon material breach of the terms herein and failure to cure such a breach within 30 days of notification of such a breach.

5- The Developer shall provide to the Client after the Delivery Date, a cumulative 2 days of training with respect to the operation of the Custom Website if requested by the Client. 

Delivery

The Custom Website shall function in accordance with the Specification son or before the Delivery Date.

1- If the Custom Website as delivered does not conform with the Specifications, the Client shall within 30 days of the Delivery Date notify the Developer in writing of the ways in which it does not conform with the Specifications. The Developer agrees that upon receiving such notice, it shall make reasonable efforts to correct any non-conformity.

2- The Client shall provide to the Developer written notice of its finding that the Custom Website conforms to the Specifications within 20days of the Delivery Date (the “Acceptance Date”) unless it finds that the Custom Website does not conform to the Specifications.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They will take your money and not deliver a website. I hired them in January 2024 to create a simple website for me with a delivery date of April 2024, and as of December 2024, they have delivered nothing. They gave me a year-long headache, produced nothing, and stole $2500 from me.

 I have asked them to hand over the website or return my money, but they have stopped taking my calls and emails. I sent a certified letter to their address, but they refused it.

Currently, I am filing police and consumer fraud cases and taking them to small claims court.

Do not do business with this company. Be careful!
