The scope of work covered the redesign and technical implementation of our Shopify-based B2C e-commerce platform.

Sii Poland first supported us in evaluating and selecting a suitable Shopify theme based on our business requirements, desired functionality, and new brand direction. Together, we reviewed different options and matched them against our needs before selecting the final theme.

After defining the MVP, we prioritized the requirements and Sii implemented the new theme within our Shopify environment. A major part of the project was the frontend customization of the theme to reflect our updated Wurzelwerk branding and style guide, based on wireframes and design specifications provided by our team.

Key deliverables included:

The project was completed on schedule and resulted in the successful implementation of a new Shopify storefront based on the selected theme.

Key measurable outcomes included the successful migration of existing apps and functionalities, the implementation of the prioritized MVP requirements, and the adaptation of the storefront to our new Wurzelwerk branding and style guide.

The new theme was fully integrated into our existing Shopify environment and tested before launch. Throughout the project, agreed milestones were achieved without delays, and feedback from our weekly review meetings was implemented quickly and reliably.

Overall, the project gave us a modernized, technically stable, and brand-consistent online store that is easier to maintain and provides a stronger foundation for future development.

We needed help building a team to take care of the tests of Android builds on a virtual target using CuttleFish.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sii Poland has built a team that takes care of the tests of Android builds on a virtual target. The team’s goals are to investigate technical possibilities, define test methods and tools, implement and maintain the toolchain, and execute different types of tests on servers. Overall, Sii Poland is responsible for the whole process, from developing and adopting tools to designing, creating, and executing automated tests to reporting the test results.

We’ve been able to hundreds of test cases for system tests including feature testing, smoke tests, merge gating, regression. Maintain pipelines for CI/CD.  Sii Poland team did many technical investigation, has created whole testing tool chain, hundreds of test cases for system tests including feature testing, smoke tests, merge gating, regression. Sii Poland team create and maintain pipelines for CI/CD.
