Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an ERP system integrator and managed services company with focus on Infor M3, Infor LN and Infor CloudSuite applications and its associated products. We help businesses plan, implement, rollout and maintain their Infor M3, Infor LN and Infor CloudSuite applications seamlessly.

For what projects/services did your company hire Shower Theory?

We hired Shower Theory to create us a new company brand i.e., company design from scratch.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a brand designer with access to good web designers on Upwork and found Shower Theory. Shower Theory impressed us from day one work with their professional creative open minded approach, and team of brand and web designers. Exactly what we were looking for.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Shower Theory took us through several thought processes before presenting to us several different brand design solutions. All the proposed solutions were intriguing but with the help of Shower Theory we managed to narrow it down to the design of choice. Shower Theory used Figma.com to visualize the solutions to us which made the selection and amendment process easier. Once this process was complete Shower Theory went back to work and subsequently presented us with the final version of our new brand design. We wanted something fresh, clean, innovative, and serious. With Shower Theory we got all of this in one innovative package.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with the lead brand designer, Stepan, and his team of 3 - 4 designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Talented brand, graphic and designers with exceptional skills in every aspect of brand and web designing. They understood quickly what it was that we needed and was able to come back with a proposal for our project that was spot on.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their understanding of brand, graphic design, software tools and technologies were obvious in their work. Their ability to communicate clearly, think outside the box and to present their work to us in a way that we were able understand straight away is without a doubt exceptional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’re professional and an expert at what they do best. Their pragmatic approach was something that we appreciated throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were presented with several design options, and all were very compelling. However, with Stepan’s guidance, the lead designer, we were able to choose the design best for us. If you are looking for an exceptional graphic designer that has not only the knowledge, skills, and experience but a passion for his work, we can highly recommend Stepan and his team of expert designers.
