Work on their own initiative and bring their own input - no need to micro manage triple explain and chase, Straight forward communication, Quick response time to questions. Provide feedback and advice on ideas.

Project management is of excellent quality. I have dealt with multiple parties in the past and was mostly disappointed with the results, which resulted in waste of time and loss of money, as it took loads of micro management. Tasks were not delivered as expected. With Shill Consultancy, they have exceeded my expectation in every way possible. 

What others took a few weeks, they were able to deliver three times faster at much better quality and costs. They accommodate your needs and advise according to your current and future budget. Highly recommended. For example, what other parties took 3 months to deliver to expected standard only took Shill Consultancy 1/3 of the time with no need to micro manage. Excellent.

Communication to accommodate your needs alongside with advice how to approach given tasks and what can be expected. Being straight up about identifying possible problems and obstacles and how they can be overcome, approached and resolved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shil Consultancy could have done differently?

They are always things we can improve on over the life time, but Shil Consultancy exceeded my expectations to a degree I can not even explain. I wish I found them earlier.
