I'm the CEO of Romadi Packaging. We manufacture packaging products in Ethiopia.

Recommendation form a friend. We wanted a website design company who can make the website responsive, mobile friendly and fast.

We wanted a way we could simply and showcase our services to potential customers and they delivered in the form of a website with pages, the home page, products and contact us.

We worked with 2 people from their team. A designer and developer.

The website is helping us by getting a lot of clients for us using the contact form.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Initially, We worked very closely with their team and once things were clear on the direction to take. Quick response to emails, good follow up, scheduling meetings, phone calls or video calls when required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed by their ability to connect the goal with the design, even though it is a startup. Willingness to incorporate one's ideas and advise appropriately without being shut down, as many marketing companies do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, I am satisfied with their delivery.

We selected Sheger Tech because of their portfolios. The previous website they've designed are great looking and responsive.

We sat down at the office and discussed the project in detail. After that their team took notes of the websites that we want to be designed.

Our website visitors can navigate through our website easily.

We communicate through phone, online, and face-to-face. They kept me updated on their progress. We were in contact three times a week and they delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They didn't just deliver one solution, they gave us a complete package. They were friendly and delivered everything we asked. The team knew what they were doing and were motivated to go the extra mile. I loved working with the team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could add more resources than what they currently have.
