I work for a eCommerce company as a marketing executive that sells women health medicines breast enlargements, etc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Serps Growth, and what were your goals?

We were lacking in online sales so a friend referred to me that our company should hire them as she had a good experience with her clothing brand few months ago.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted Serps Growth team they understood the problem and suggested channels and ways to grow our store with the limited budget we had. We finalized the contract for 6 months and after that we are expanding on monthly bases.

So, basically at first they suggested to start from social media marketing. They created a social media strategy that consisted of posts calendar scheduled for the month and interacting with people in groups of similar interests.

They assigned a project manager that distributed the work with social media strategist, SEO person and brand specialist to help out.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Through social media channels we built a community that shares the same thoughts as we and got us traffic to our site and products. We run few ad campaigns on popular social channels that got us some sales. SEO is going pretty good as we are ranking on couple of keywords that drive traffic and sales for us, we track that through seo tools that the seo person gave to us. Our store is somehow getting into the profit zone.

They have proper KPI's that they preach with goal setup for every week, they communicate for every 2 week which keeps us up to date.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have some really good people working with them, they are on time, understanding the cause, and taking care of the project within the given budget really helped us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the resources they have they can really work themselves out in marketing and branding for their own. If they keep the same energy for every project they deal, its going to blow out great for them!
