I'm the founder and CEO of an animation studio. We produce content and service projects for multiple clients across the globe. Our projects include kids' series, animated series, and VFX parts for movies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Serpoint Services Pvt Ltd?

We needed help with a video for one of our movies. We had the characters, but we didn't have time to shoot, so we approached Serpoint Services Pvt Ltd to deliver an AI song based on the characters.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Serpoint Services Pvt Ltd was engaged in a video project that lasted for two months. The video was part of our movie promotions. We provided the visuals we needed, and they worked on making the characters look almost lifelike. The output was very good.

They also created three 3D logos for us. We provided the live footage and asked for it to be shown in a painted format. They delivered it in motion graphics.

We worked with 8–10 people from their team, including a tech lead.

How did you come to work with Serpoint Services Pvt Ltd?

We were exploring options and asked them for a sample. The first test was good, so we decided to go with the full song.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around ₹250,000 (approximately $3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–August 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were very detailed and attentive. The timelines were good, and we received the product as committed. 

Everyone applauded the video; they delivered it within one month, and it was very cost-effective compared to other big-budget movies. 

They do multiple things in terms of blockchain and designing the domain maintenance. The video was part of our movie promotions, and we also received the logos in 3D format.

How did Serpoint Services Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They are on top. They delivered on time. We communicated via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Once they gave me a sample, I didn't even look at anyone else.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can come up with at this point. So far, they have done an amazing job. 

I'm hoping that soon we will work together because we are working on a new movie, a new project, so hopefully I will again start working with them.
