Serenity played a crucial role in the construction of Pro Era Detailing right from the start. I approached her with my company idea and potential image, and with her assistance, we worked together to create the brand name and identity. Serenity provided detailed business plans, resources, and connections to help us create our logo and complete our design template. With Serenity's help, we developed our website, social media accounts, and overall brand identity, incorporating my unique style and music taste. She has an exceptional understanding of audience consumption and consumer habits, which has led to the generation of modern and appealing ideas that resonate with multiple audiences. 
As part of our business plan, we implemented a local brand awareness campaign to introduce the Lemont community to our new service. Serenity suggested sponsoring a local car show event to attract attention to our mobile detailing unit. With the help of these car shows, we ran a three-month brand awareness campaign, resulting in over five figures in sales from March 2022 to August 2022. Furthermore, the car show provided us with the opportunity to establish relationships with various business owners in different industries, leading to our first B2B contract for detailing semi cabs. We became deeply integrated within the Lemont community to the point where they requested our sponsorship for 2023, including placing a banner on a light pole on the main street in Lemont. For every sponsored event, Serenity ensures that we have marketing materials and merchandise to give away, not only to our target audience but also to kids and interested individuals. 
I expressed to Serenity that my goal is to create a brand that everyone can love, whether they are getting a detail or not. We have created multiple versions of the logo and have plans to launch a merch line by the beginning of 2024. Within six months, we were contacted by the BBB to be accredited. We were honored to receive this recognition so soon and shared the news with our online community. Currently, with Serenity's help in building our business proposal and three-year business plan, we successfully pitched and were approved for the construction of my dream detail shop. 
In just one year, I went from being a sole mobile detailer to hiring my younger brother and expanding to offer both mobile and in-shop luxury detail services. Serenity consistently provides us with new ideas and sponsorship opportunities to keep our name prominent and our business thriving. Any business working with Serenity should simply listen and trust her ability to take their ideas and transform them into an executed plan. I plan to keep her on my team for as long as possible.

BBB Accreditation. Village of Lemont requesting our support and sponsorships. Over 500K organic social media reach across our accounts. 5 Figure months consistently since 2022. Ranking top 10 organically in highly saturated search results on Google. Receiving compliments on how high-quality our branding is from older business owners with years of experience. We’ve created Positive PR: customers love our services so much they bring in work for us via word of mouth or tagging us under social media post where people are looking for a detailer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The amount of social media and consumer/behavioral knowledge Serenity has. From how people swipe and click on Instagram to the way people search for things I never realized how much people in this field have to know. Serenity knows so much about the industry and has the latest knowledge that she is able to break down to you for better understanding on the choices she is making.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Serene Corner LLC could have done differently?

She should have way bigger clients and a full team behind her. I don’t get how she does all she does alone! I know she has some assistants but I see her running a full agency with the amount of knowledge and drive she has for the kind of work.
