What challenge were you trying to address with SEO Transformer?

I needed help with website optimization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nadia helped me optimize my website. She found someone to write the text, and she optimized it for Google. She also optimized the pictures. She would tell my webmaster what they needed to do to optimize the site. She didn’t do the work but she told us what we had to do. Even though we’re finished, Nadia continues to help me and make sure everything is optimized.

How did you come to work with SEO Transformer?

She was a client of mine before I was a client of hers. I knew what kind of work she did and asked her for help. I felt confident working with someone I knew of already.

I spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2019-February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

She was very helpful. If I have any problems, she still helps. She’s quick to answer and find a solution. Since I’m not really on the internet, SEO Transformer helps me with small tasks that aren’t part of the scope. She’s very generous in her work. I could rely on them. It’s too early to say if we are ranking better especially with the lockdown. However, I’m happy it’s done.

How did SEO Transformer perform from a project management standpoint?

She was easy to communicate with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

She thinks very fast.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t like the text but she told me she didn’t write them. She didn’t choose the right person. The text is impersonal and doesn’t reflect what I am. It’s not a reflection of her work either.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s important to know what you need. At first, I had a very basic website. With Nadia, the website became much more important. It’s important to be clear about your needs. You can trust her.
