• Ability to convert .csv files into .xml format compatible with IRS specifications. Passed IRS testing for Transmitter Control Codes to be moved from testing to production.

I hired Sembit for a very challenging project this is ongoing. I pitched my concept for several developers but ultimately chose Sembit because I felt like they best understood my vision and also had a plan to deliver it within my budget. Sembit used my descriptions over several meetings to mock up a concept for my web based app. Once we were on the same page about what was attainable with my budget and timeline, they quickly got to work.

This app has several complicated components working together. It consists of a digital wallet, peer to peer transactions occurring on chain, a scalable platform that can handle a significant increase in volume, and implementing numerous third party applications necessary to make the platform operational.

• Demonstrable progress shown through zoom meetings

Sembit is very responsive to anything I ask of them. The timeline got stretched out a little further than originally expected, but the complexity of the project understandably affected the timeline

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Being able to grasp a concept that and turn a vision isn’t a reality that other developers had trouble grasping. Also making me feel as if they were as invested as I am.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sembit could have done differently?

My project cost was underestimated more than I would have liked. But at the same time it is a very unique project, making estimates challenging.

Building out capabilities within the Java Script to handle json data in our geographic overlays.

Do the background work to enable layers to be added more easily.

They were recommended by another agency. We interviewed three, and picked Sembit.

Creating API keys for indivdual users, and creating a path for user to upload their own a data to the geographic overlays.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have not yet deployed this solution to our customers, but we were happy with the work Sembit did.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our PM was in contact with Nathan, and we received written and verbal updates from Nathan as the project progressed. We felt that the communication was very good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their expertise exceeded our own in some respects. They applied creative solutions that we had not yet explored. Nathan also took a fair bit heat from me, but delivered. That's why I'm writing this review.

A little more contact with the person doing the coding, or at least understanding Sembit's organizational structure.
