I was the Head of sales at Avalara Inc for new market penetration in EMEA and U.S.

We were building new products for new market and wanted to make sure we have a partner who has knowledge of complete market and industry.

We initially started with big list of vendors and parameters. The Sigo parameter of selection was:

1. New meetings with decision makers - MQL and SQL with BANT parameters to be fulfilled
2. Content and email marketing - Signup to our content and whitepapers approximately 200 per week (incremental but 20%)
3. Product Marketing - Incerase reach and knowhow of new product and marketing it via Facebook, LInkedin, and other business social sites. which also included blogs

What was the team composition?

12 people team to start which went to 8 while stable

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I and the orgnisation was very impressed with the outcome given by Seigo. They delivered as per the scope of work and our sales pipeline increased incrementally which led to great conversion within the first year of product launch.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a very seamless and warm feeling and our bandwith matched. They were a very aggressive Go-To-Market team which aligned with our mindset.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work as per SLA and with quality delivery. No fake leads and all genuine impressions on social media.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I dont think so because they are just perfect in what they do.
