Athletes For Athletes Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Sports Venue Booking and Lifestyle Mobile App solutions. We offer Booking and Venue management technology solution with IoT integration. I'm the Co-founder and CEO of Athletes For Athletes Solutions Pvt Ltd

For what projects/services did your company hire SegWitz, and what were your goals?

Our Admin Panel, User Mobile App, Vendor Management Mobile App, Web-panel and Monthly maintanence.

How did you select SegWitz and what were the deciding factors?

The ability to assist our startup to understand the entire logic on the initial construction of our solution. The ability to help our startup visualize the entire blueprint and what it takes to make such development successful. Price structure and work ethics.

We started with a meeting where Segwitz and us discussed about our vision, and objectives towards the project. The team then work on a product specs sheet to cross-check and aligned what our vision is towards the project.

After a few iterations, the team updated the product specs sheet along with the price breakdown. Put everything down in paper and the actual development work kicked off.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The Director himselves is very hands on with the entire project alongside with One project manager and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started off from ground work with Segwitz, with over one year of collaboration, we manage to bring our entire system solution to live and currently we have over 3000 active users every month and growing. The team ability to perform live support and crisis planning to ensure our services is up to service standard is applaudable.

We use the fundamental communication tools to keep track on our work: Google Sheet Whatsapp Skype

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver what was promised and they always set clear expectations to us as their client. They show passion in what they do, give trust to client and they always show up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Some minor hiccups during the initial collaboration. It takes time to gel how both parties work.

Im the CEO of EZZE Digital Sdn Bhd. We are developing an app to help to digitalize the phycial healthcare book to digital apps.

We are developing a Medical App, mainly for pregnant mother and also young children. In this app, user can input their medical data to ensure it is easily accesible and can be retrive at anytime. It is actually replacing the physical healthcare book for pregnant mother and child development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We look for a app developer with good track from previous project. Able to understand what we are doing and able to advice us on the potential problem and solutions along the development process.

We had first meeting to explain the app. The developer will have their internal discussion and presented with their proposed solution to deliver the app. Then we have meeting for the user interface and work flow of the app. Then after the app was launched in ios and android, we had a few rounds of further discussion on the bugs we found before it was released to public. We are still doing improvement after the app is launched for public use currently.

We were provided with full tech team lead by the founder as the CEO and his partner as the CTO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within 2 months of published apps, we already have 7 revision of apps in ios and android. We also currently have almost 2000 users and ranked 29 in Health and Fitness in ios.

They are using freedcamp and also online meeting to share and discuss on the matter related to the development and bugs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very skilled and creative in providing solutions to our problems during app development. They are also very cooperative in discussion and providing potential solutions of the problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have improve in terms managing the time of development. Some fatures could have been faster in development.
