What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to improve the communication of Marketix work and professionalize our app online presence. We hoped that by developing our app we could increase the traffic and generate more business out of that.

How did you select Seebile?

Seebile was being recommended to us by one my friend who was already working with and was pretty much satisfied with their services and customer services.

Describe the project in detail.

Seebile designed and developed a mobile app for iOS and Android from scratch, as well as an administrative web-based platform that allows users to compete in fitness challenges.

What was the team composition?

There were 2 persons who were in direct contact with me, one was the Account Manager Mark and another one was the App Project Manager Keith who keeps us updated about the progress as well as the changes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is early but I can have a believe that the app is much more user friendly and we have no doubt that it will increase the traffic which will eventually increase our business as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Seebile took my vision and combined everything into a seamless platform. We are still working on app marketing, but seeing everything come to fruition is tremendous. I would suggest that customers should find a company where direct communication with the owner or decision maker is a given, that what Seebile are best at.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They gave us some really good advices in terms of App designs and marketing / promotion, specially in the areas where we had doubts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Well, I liked them, especially their project manager Keith, he was very pro-active in all the communications.
